Elly is amazing! Full history taking at the first appointment. She will carefully listen to you and to what the problem is and then make up a plan to solve it. The new studio is also so nice! I can’t thank her enough! Can’t wait to go to my next appointment!

I am so grateful to Elly for resolving the issues I have had with my right hip. It is such a relief to be back walking normally and able to sleep properly again. The range of movement in my right leg has improved with every session and the strength in my leg is now coming back. Before I saw Elly I had been in constant pain for 6 months and could not walk far, even with a walking stick. I had seen two different physiotherapists who had said it’s arthritis. I've suffered from headaches and migraines and back problems for most of my life, but more severely in the last year. I found Southsea wellness online and have been seeing Elly for treatments for the last few months. She is incredible! Most of the time I feel a bit beat up and sore after a massage. But Elly skilfully finds pressure points to release tension and create space. I come out after every massage feeling refreshed and like I can move my body as it should! I can't recommend her enough.
