Boots Opticians Portsmouth - Commercial Road (in Boots)

I called Boots Opticians, Commercial Rd, Portsmouth with a problem. The way I was handled on the phone was courteous, professional and helpful. I then visited the branch for assistance and was impressed even moreso by the standard of service there. TYVM Boots, you set the standard for others to follow.

I've been at Boots Opticians (Commercial Road) a week before and today. Both time I've experienced outstanding and helpfull attitude from all the people who work there. I am happy to use their service again and recommend them to others. Thank you!

The staff are always friendly and professional here. In a lot of cases the lenses are free you often just pay for the frames. You can get a voucher from boots or your doctor to cover £70-80 of the cost of the frames. It's good value and the staff are nice.
