Every helpfully staff. and lady who has done my eye tests is just the best she know her stuff and thanks to her i am now having my cataracts removed. you will not find better place for eye checks. had 2 appointments there and very happy with help out come. 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went to vision express in cascades, the lady was friendly, helpful, honest and very customer focused. pick out a frame, then booked an appointment for a later date. returned lady on holiday had eye test, again very professional,spoke with james, he was excellent as well, explained the prices, lens, and offers. i had to call back to pay for my order two days later, very efficient, payment taken and followed by an email. the manager was lovely and approachable, i did leave feed back for the lady on the day. he thanked me for this and he commented about the laughter in the shop, i apologise and he stated it was lovely hear. 100 out of 100 for the service, wouldn't go any where else now. congratulations. xxx

Always a great service at portsmouth with mark. i did try chichester as it is nearer to me but hated the experience. mark is so good i have been with him for 28 years. mark is spot on & knows what he is doing.

Wonderful first experience here, all staff were lovely and accommodating. especially kara who went the extra mile to ensure i selected the right frame for myself with no pressure! 10/10 service. i look forward to my next visit!
