I went in with an extremely sore big toe due to an ingrowing toenail, and was very nervous due to a rather grim experience with the same toe at another chiropodist in the past... what a lovely gentleman, put me at my ease and explained all the options. Made it as painless as he could and told me the best way to maintain the issue... and I was awarded a gold star by his lovely wife who manned reception..... faultless.
