Came here after suffering with Plantar fascitis for over a year, being a student nurse and doing 13 hour shifts on my feet. Tracey fitted me for orthotics which cost £300, plus paying for the gait tests and examination. I was initially very happy with my insoles despite waiting a while for them to arrive and teething issues I had with adapting into new footwear fit the new insoles in. After 6-7 months the insoles started to break, wear down and i continued getting pain in my feet/knees again. Tracey redid the top layer of my insoles for free and I was able to get these back after 1-2 weeks. However, 5 month further down the line, the insole has split and again worn down. Tracey fixed part of the insole for me again, however I was not informed that I would need to pay for it this time which cost me £45 (as a student this was a shock!). I was then informed that they no longer do orthotics there anymore, which is a shame after still needikng regular fixing to my insoles. My pain still persists and has not gone away after getting orthotics, but have definitely helped make shifts and walking more manageable. Melissa has always been amazing, so helpful and proactive. Thank you both.
