After viewing lots of properties with lots of different agents, Jack at GD3 was by far the best. He was on time, professional and really informative. He answered all my questions about the property as he showed me round the house. I felt at ease and comfortable throughout and didn’t feel rushed. He was helpful with the application process too. The communication after the viewing was really good and he kept me informed at every step. If you are looking to use an agent to rent your property I highly recommend Jack at GD3, he was attentive and knowledgeable about the property and the viewing was an enjoyable experience, even in terms of the layout we talked about options for what rooms could be used for what, which made it easy to picture myself living there. Overall a really fantastic experience, which I felt I had to share.
