Fantastic service at leaders gunwharf quays! i had terrible service and complete client disregard at other letting agencies, so i was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with this branch! i was assisted by jack, who promptly answered any question i had, very professional and provided very good service in assisting me with renting a property. would recommend!

Happy to write this review. the service and support provided by the leaders are great. i have been with them for the past 1 year, it goes smooth and supportive. recently i had maintenance issue in my apartment, the way and time taken to resolve my issue was great and awesome. i would like to thank leigh dawes-property maintenance manager who was supportive and resolved the issue in short period.

I was attended to by a very pleasant lady izzy, who is very passionate, friendly, professional yet humane in her approach. she has so far given me a very good impression about leaders letting & estate agents. god bless you izzy vince. weldone!

When jo (josette) took over as the agent selling our property we were very impressed, she as proactive, responsive and supportive. although the services was ok prior to this change, jo's communication was a great deal better and she worked with us every step of the way. if she had worked with us from the start i would be giving 5 stars.
