ARC - Drug & Alcohol Rehab Center ◀

I can not recommend ARC enough to anyone who wants to change their life. I came here straight from my detox centre for a 3 month stay, and was welcomed by an amazing staff team. The accommodation is excellent. Most of the time you do not even feel like you're in a rehab. The skills you learn here are life changing, and I have come out honestly feeling like I can live a sober life with purpose. Not only that, but a life that I want to live. I can not thank the staff enough for all of the help they have provided me along the way. I highly encourage anyone who is looking to going to a treatment centre to look into this one first.

I would highly recommend ARC to anyone who is suffering with addiction and looking to get into recovery. The staff are fantastic and genuinely care about helping. The modules and facilitation are top class and delivered with great care. You only get back what you put in, and there's a lot to get out of it. I did 4 weeks and wish I could have stayed for longer. ARC has given me my best foot to put forward and make a meaningful life for myself, I can't thank them enough. (Now 14 months clean and going from strength to strength)

The arc has completely changed my life and has shown me that I can have a life worth living! They have made me believe in myself again and have given me tools to help me in recovery! I spent 12 weeks at arc and now I am 4 months clean and relocating to Portsmouth . Going to the arc is the best decision I’ve ever made . All the team at the arc are amazing , friendly and my time there has been one of the best experiences of my life !!!

Life changing in every way. Unique and progressive treatment programme, fantastic team and the best decision I’ve ever made for myself. Let’s face it, all the other decisions I was making before I came to treatment weren’t working for me any more. I spent 12 weeks at The ARC and for the first time in a long time I am happy, I have purpose and direction. Recovery can be challenging at times but overall it’s an amazing gift. I am so grateful to everyone at the ARC for starting me out on this beautiful journey. I Cannot recommend ARC more highly.

To ANYBODY in active addiction, Coming from me life sucks in active addiction.. there are money worries, relationship issues, family stresses, friend struggles, problems holding a job, health issues to name just a few.. I felt I had lost absolutely everything, had no hope & just wanted to die. Every day my existence revolved around feeding my addiction as that was the only solution I could do to take away the pain & feelings that haunted me 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. I was hopeless & everyone close to me had given up all hope. I had given up. I had already spent 28 days in a rehab centre 10 years prior. I had to do something or else I was going to die very very quickly. Having cared for & recently lost my mother I had to do something for her, if not myself as I felt I didn't deserve anything positive life could throw at me. My partner found the ARC. Having tried & tested a 28 day 5* rehab I didn't want to do that again. It's an artificial Corporate environment that does not prepare you for real life. I'm a professional and have experienced both first hand. Please do not even consider rehab if you are not willing to put absolutely everything you have into the program. It's a waste of energy, time & money for yourself & the ARC. If you genuinely want to break free from addiction & have a life with meaning & purpose the ARC program works! The staff, every single one are amazing & the majority are recovering addicts. They know where you are & have been there themselves. Trust me.. this works! Thank you ARC staff & graduates for helping me to where I am today.. sober, in a relationship, back with family, have somewhere to live, a job & money in the bank & most importantly a life with meaning & purpose.
