I do not recommend or I wont use again! My customer was happy for the lorry to go on the drive to collect the bag however they did not do this and have now charged me £100 for them not willing to collect it. Am absolute joke and like other reviews have stated this seems to be the way they now like to operate...shame on you and no doubt in time this will be the company's failure and downfall.

We have used their services now over 5 times. The drivers are very lovely and helpful. Advised us on future pickups etc. It can be a bit expensive, but it's so much easier to fill the bags in your own time and have them pick it up. Will be using again and recommended it to family and friends

horrible service. Called the contact line on Day 1 after paying to try and find out when they would collect as had booked some workers to come in and dig the garden so needed the waste gone before they arrive. Was told that no need to call back, the waste will be gone by the end of day 5, so I booked the workers to come in the day after. Got a message at 15:30 on day 5 to say it will be collected the next day ( day 6). Called them again and was told i would be the first collection on Day 6. On inquiring about the time got passed to a customer service officer who said sorry you have been given the wrong information, you're not first , might be second but the driver is a trainee so cant guarantee a time. Cost me a lot of money to book the workers. Very unreliable service , you can trust them.

Avoid HIPPO's skip service at all cost. It's a scam. They make you responsible for keeping a space clear for when the skip is delivered, but they don't give you the necessary information up front to know exactly what road side space to keep clear, and the delivery service doesn't give you any sort of notice of when they will deliver skip even though you need to be there to support and sign. What company in 2023 does not notify customers when a product or service will be delivered? Ridiculous. And then, you need to pay a failed delivery charge because you weren't there when you didn't know you had to be there. Avoid HIPPO. Horrible service, horrible people, not customer friendly. They just want your money.

Worst company I have ever dealt with, been misled and misinformed. Was given a collection day didn't turn up was told driver would be there & he would call with Eta, he didn't at 9pm I gave up. Tried to contact today to rebook as someone needs to be here for access. Sadly their core values do not reflect my experience so far, in fact they are a load of rubbish, iI hope they don't use Hippo to shift it. UPDATE - After interventipn fron a very helpful staff member, bag was picked up this morning & the drivet was delightful. Excellent resolution . Just a shame it did not go right first time but help appreciated by Lorraine.
