From the very first contact through to point of sale, the entire team absolutely shone. Warm, authentic people with a top drawer product. So you can't ask for more right? Well, rucksack laden and book to hand, I was prepared to sit and wait the couple of hours for my custom graphics (which I changed without any fuss at the last minute). Ray wasn't having any of that. "Our customers come first... no matter the size or cost of the job". Can you believe he gave me a lift home and picked me up later. Now that's exceptional!
