Great service on my mountain bike from the service team at Decathlon at North Harbour. Took the time to identify the issue and kept me informed of progress. Other issues were identified and very pleased with the customer service and price

Took my cycle in for its free initial service, which was carried out by Kim in a very efficient, timely and friendly manner - many thanks. And thank you and a colleague for carrying the bike upstairs and downstairs, that was more helpful than you might think.

Went in to look at walking shoe's fir my daughter, couldn't find the ones we wanted so spoke to a member of staff who was really helpful. He explained that we could order on line & have it delivered to the store, but if we choose certain makes we would have to contact tge manufacturer ( ie regatta) but most of the others we would be able to go back to decathlon store to sort.he also explained that delivery to store would be free. Very helpful & would recommend to anyone. Will definitely return

Kim really looked after me today when I needed her advice with the purchase of a rock rider explore 540 MTB and accessories, really great customer service from her and I would recommend anyone to go to her for any biking queries, she’ll look after you! Great team, thank you again, Nico
