Who doesn't do refunds till 4 days after Christmas. And refuses because its busy ( when there is 4 ppl in the que. Not busy at all!) Also who refuses to take someone's number to contact if they hapen to find someone's lost purse... jd portsmouth that's who!

JD have to dismissed all the staff in the shop because they all racist and the manager have to go to school for managing I’m sure she can’t manage her own kids you give her to manage DJ big mistake from the head office to work with this kind of people it will be good if someone read the reviews and see how much PortsmouthJD is soo different than normal jds

Jd sports Portsmouth staff are unexperienced because because I spent £290..00 and I said I want carrier bag still they charge they said our system you have to buy bag. I asked could refund to my card they its not refundable..can you give cash 20p from till .they said haven't got cash in till... Also the fitting room is closed. It's wasn't busy I waited about 45 minutes get fitting rooms open. Staff are not helpful at all. Me and family never go shopping again...
