Aqua Cars

On time for booking, lovely clean and fresh car, driver seemed frustrated at my destination address (I live in middle of no-where but within the area). No chatting but that doesn't bother me much. Would use the firm again as easy to book and see where the taxi is.

Had a great ride home with Jorge in his Tesla. Top driver, top car! Advice for Aqua cars management, lose or improve the autobot telephone booking system, it ended up with 2 cars coming out to me. But better that than none!

We booked Aqua cars to drop us off and pick up from the our cruise in Southampton. Drop off great and agreed with driver we would contact them when we knew arrival. We found out what time we were disembarking on Monday evening, waited until we were in port, put my phone on to find a text at 07.31 that the taxi was on its way, we had a disembarking time of 09.15 so I thought they knew what the procedure was. I had sent a text to them using the number we were getting texts from to say we were disembarking at 9am but no acknowledgment. The taxi driver contacted us and said he couldn’t wait, phoned Aqua cars who insisted we had told them 7am at the time of booking, how could we when you are not given disembarking time when you book and you are not notified until the evening before disembarking. The only way we could keep the taxi was to pay waiting time at £18 per hour! We had paid for the taxi in advance and then had to pay another £27.50 due to them assuming what time we would be ready! So please be careful if you are pre booking for a cruise!!!

Aqua cars came to our rescue after being let down by another firm, with Raymond meeting us promptly & taking us smoothly to our destination. We were able to track him so we met up straight away. Thank you for your prompt & efficient service. We will use you again & recommend to our friends.
