Big open space with lots of seating and the travel shop in the centre of the building was the staff was really helpful. I was looking for wear to catch the hover bus from and they directed me clearly wear I needed to go. It's great to have it located right next to the entrance of Portsmouth harbor train station so when visiting and not sure what bus to get or wear from its great to have this place available also for national express travel to.

Excellent hub. Efficient service and very friendly staff. Perfect position. Easy access. Toilets.
