TUI Holiday Store

We have been using Tui London road for about 30 years. The staff are more than helpful. Yvette Bailey in particular always goes above and beyond the norm to help myself and my wife plan all our trips away! We are delighted with the service and thoroughly recommend using the store.

After trying to book a large group holiday of 30 plus with different stores and on the phone and not receiving any communication or results, having Bonnie deal with it has been a God send. She worked super fast getting us super fast results along with deals. On her days off other staff chipped in to help. Wouldn’t book with anyone else. They have most definitely gone beyond what I could have expected. Thank you for making this so smooth.

Booked a holiday recently with the lovely Amy and honestly could not be more pleased with the customer service I received from her and the rest of the team at north end! She was so friendly and took the time to make sure my holiday was perfect. Thank you so much, I can’t wait!

I visited the North End shop in person because I had specific requirements for my family's holiday. I was really dreading the booking process because I wasn't convinced all my needs would be met and some of our needs were a must. I spoke to a lovely lady called Bonnie in the shop. She was very helpful and talked me through everything in detail. She made the whole experience easy and I'm really looking forward to our holiday now. I don't usually leave reviews but the service was brilliant.

One of the best experiences If had booking a holiday in Tui North End with Mandy, she really listened to my family’s needs and picked Cape Verde for us ! What a fantastic recommendation she gave us , I wouldn’t book anywhere else as Mandy’s knowledge was first class and seeing someone face to face for me Is invaluable , Look forward to booking my next Trip !!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
