Signed up with Harbour vets Southsea - Absolutely Brilliant. Before I was with one of the big store in house vets. I was really unhappy with the service from beginning to end - all the big places are only interested in your money - your pet comes second. What a difference at Harbour vets - the staff are fantastic, I was given great over the phone advice regarding kennel cough from Lindsey. I arranged a health check visit for my dog and the vet was very professional and gave my Lottie a very thorough once over. Lovely people, I left Harbour vets feeling Lottie had came first - that's a great feeling for any pet owner. Thank you very much Harbour Vets.

Lovely premises and very helpful staff. Just one negative. I'm a wheelchair user and I had my dog on a lead with me. The double doors were extremely difficult to open as they were ever so heavy and hard to push. Maybe have a bell: wheelchair users/disabled visitors, please ring the bell (but whatever you do, don't put an entry phone there as hearing impaired and deaf people won't have access! Nice disabled toilet. I gave it 4 stars because of the way I really struggled with the door and I couldn't see anyone to help. If I had been Deaf without speech, I would have been in real difficulties!

Brilliant staff, incredibly helpful and managed to get us seen very quickly because of a cancellation. This new establishment is incredibly modern, air conditioned, and has plenty of parking. We’ve been here several times now and have zero complaints. The only issue is getting our puppy to leave as he loves the staff 😅 Please Note: Don’t follow the Google Maps direction. The vets is in Zone 2 of the ‘The Pompey Centre’, not Zone 1.
