Charlotte is a wonderful yoga teacher, who brings warmth and kindness to every class. She strikes a perfect balance between encouraging me to challenge myself, but also tap into the mindful benefits of yoga. I've attended both her yoga painting workshops and evening classes, and couldn't recommend them enough.

Charlotte's Hatha yoga classes are great, she explains and demonstrates the poses, giving variations to make them easier or more advanced. It really is suitable for mixed abilities. I started a year ago and look forwards to starting the weekend with a time for myself each week.

Really pleased when I found this yoga class last year, nice room to do yoga, Charlotte is an excellent yoga teacher with a vast knowledge in yoga practice, the times of the classes suit my lifestyle, would highly recommend.
