LANO Yoga Southsea

The best yoga studio in town. i’be tried various classes and i like most of them, but hot yoga is my passion! 🔥 all the teachers are incredible. all the premises are very clean. it also has a small garden for the hot months.

Have been going to classes at lano southsea yoga for over a year now. there is a wide range of classes from ashtanga to yin to hot so something for everyone! all of the teachers are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about yoga. i really, really enjoy their classes and usually learn something new or take away a piece of wisdom each visit. the studio itself is comfortable with a nice outlook to a back garden. great community

Absolutely great experience. i've never been at bikram class and neil helped to get unique experience of 26 asanas and 2 breathing exercises. he is a talented yoga teacher and created a nice facilities with changing rooms, huge exercise hall and friendly atmosphere. i wish to come back!

Lano yoga was the space that welcomed me in this city, i appreciate it as a home with friends, they are a community of excellent teachers. all its classes and events are of excellent quality, as are its facilities, the location is wonderful. i'm glad there are places like lano yoga in portsmouth. every activity and class i have participated in has been worth it.

I was new to yoga when i started at lano, and loved that you could try lots of different classes to see which ones you liked the most. i always enjoyed my time there, the instructors were great. but it was only when i tried some other studios (moved for work) that i realised how great lano was. i have tried lots of new places and now i realise that nowhere is as good. lano has the most professional instructors with the nicest atmosphere and i can't wait to get back!
