Yoga by Emily

This is a lovely small studio. There is usually 3 of us and it feels like a personal practice. It has allowed me to sleep again so I would recommend her with all my heart

Emily’s classes are so friendly and welcoming, she creates such a calming atmosphere while remaining down to earth and truly authentic. In the past I’ve found some classes a little too far fetched or unattainable but Emily mixes in contemporary and relatable stories and practices with traditional teachings. I’ve tried many Portsmouth yoga teachers and studios but Emily just gets it! One of the best yoga classes I’ve ever experienced.

My sister and I had an amazing time on Sunday at yoga in the sky. Emily made the whole experience enjoyable and challenging at the right level. A great workshop event in a fab location!

Emily is a truly wonderful yoga teacher (and person!). Her classes are beautifully put together and so varied. Her approach is calm, considered and welcoming. How yoga should be. Thank you Emily!

Thoroughly enjoyed Emily’s class today as always. Such a lovely flow & meditation .. in fact I think I nodded off! Always enjoy Emily’s classes & can thoroughly recommend her classes. Court X is a lovely location too & staying for lunch afterwards in the sun & chatting was really lovely before my walk home 😊
