I was having a hip pain issue with the shoes I was using for HYROX training. Paul identified that I needed a more supportive shoe. Brilliant bespoke advice and service. It is easy to buy a pair of trainers online but getting the right shoe is not always so easy. 5 stars and highly recommended.

I came here for a gait analysis and to find a perfect pair of shoes- I am a beginner runner. This place was fab! Friendly, informative and genuine. I left with a pair of trainers and a few days later managed to complete my first 5K!- my new trainers to thank for that I think!! Would recommend this shop to anyone. Thanks so much.
