I was having a hip pain issue with the shoes i was using for hyrox training. paul identified that i needed a more supportive shoe. brilliant bespoke advice and service. it is easy to buy a pair of trainers online but getting the right shoe is not always so easy. 5 stars and highly recommended.
I came here for a gait analysis and to find a perfect pair of shoes- i am a beginner runner. this place was fab! friendly, informative and genuine. i left with a pair of trainers and a few days later managed to complete my first 5k!- my new trainers to thank for that i think!! would recommend this shop to anyone. thanks so much.
