Brilliant Yoga classes, very relaxing and Lisa went through each pose and gave options depending on your abilities. It was a lovely touch to have the aromatherapy at the end of each class which you could opt in or out of. A great instructor and a friendly relaxed class which I would highly recommend to anyone.
