Great small gym very bright and airy, (air conditioned) friendly, knowledgeable staff, resistance machines tailored to your individual ability. 35 minute total workout, not hard to motivate for that length of time, lovely views over the park. Finish off with a nice coffee. Physio setting on machines to cater for injury
