Natural Health Aleigh

I chose Natural Health Aleigh for acupuncture treatment as I liked the holistic vibe of the website. I wasn’t disappointed when I met Aleigh, she has a great deal of empathy and compassion and is very knowledgeable. I’ve been for a number of treatments and my health, both physically and mentally, is greatly improved. Having been in poor health for over two years I am delighted with the results and would highly recommend Aleigh’s services.

Aleigh’s yoga nidra class is really relaxing. It’s perfect for stretching out those niggly muscles and leaves you feeling calm relaxed and ready to face the world again.

In the past I had a lot of good or very good Yoga teachers but none like Aleigh. Excellent. You get out of her classes relaxed but energised with a positive attitude. I am so grateful I met her.10 stars.
