Above and beyond! when i broke my laptop screen, i figured it was just gonna be a screen replacement. john did far more than that. not only did he get the fans fixed up, but he gave it a good cleaning, and it looks brand new. it was definitely worth the 450 i needed to pay for the service. highly recommended
