This shopping experience was delightful, from start to finish. The item I required was in stock, and Hopo honoured their Price Match Guarantee, and gave me a discount against the item, matching another price from a local retailer. Considering the distance involved, the 2-man delivery cost was very reasonable, and they also agreed to disassemble and take away the item being replaced, again for a nominal charge - this was extremely useful to me. The delivery chaps were amazing, and the product itself, (Chester Oak extending dining table), is beautiful! I am a very happy customer, and would not hesitate to recommend Steve and his colleagues.
