Great pub, just down road from station. great selection of real ale, gins and whiskies. friendly, helpful staff. popped in for a swift pint whilst waiting for bus. very good as usual. pub felt like it had the heating on whereas it was weeks of warm weather which had heated up brickwork. a fan on bar tried to cool things down.
Good to see an untappd verified venue and to be able to see the beer options in advance. helpful staff, laid-back atmosphere and quite busy for early evening. would recommend, well balanced selection of beer styles and some interesting options.
