This place hits the sweet spot of combining a traditional pub and craft beer destination. excellent tap lineup. board games. darts. sports on the tele. nice bar staff. great beer garden. highly recommended for both the craft on offer and the vibe in general. my favorite pub in reading.
What a cracking old school pub, you will struggle to find a better selection of ales, craft beers, or ciders anywhere! great serving staff and i particularly recommended the ghost chilli sausage roll! definitely worth the 10-15 walk from the main reading station.
