Took a bike into the redditch branch for a service. mitch the guy who served me could not have been more knowledgeable and courteous. he pointed out some parts that needed attention without being pushy replaced the items. very professional and a pleasure to be served by such a nice guy
I had a dash cam fitted it was one i bought a while ago and had on my previous car. the staff could not be more helpful. excellent i had my dog with me and everybody was lovely to her. i also was sat waiting and saw how knowledgeable staff were with customers.
