Lovely park, plenty of paths, free parking. It does get quite busy in the summer as there's a big children's play area, but its very peaceful in the winter. The cafe is a nice addition with outside seating avaiable and a toilet.
Beautiful open space, lots of things for the kids to do, a good walk that keeps your heart beat at a reasonable speed. Lots of tracks through the trees so great adventure for children and pets, a peaceful space with some very nice views.
