An engineer called Alex came to fix my hot water that I have been having issues with for months. He was very informative of how to change the setting of the control panel and helped fix the issue. He was very chatty, kind person and very professional, I would definitely recommend him to anyone who has the same issue.

I've used Alex's services a few times over the years for my electric boiler and have always received an excellent service. He's a lovely guy, easy to deal with and clearly knows what he's doing. I'd recommend ACW to anyone.
