Truly a 5 star massage. I suffer from complex medical issues and have a lot of tension created across nearly all of my muscles. Grant was able to massage tension out that I didn’t know I had. Grant is professional, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He provides a safe, peaceful and welcoming environment. I booked 1.5 hours but would definitely recommend 2 hours for your first appointment. Would highly recommend Alpha & Omega Massage.
