Great service from Jess. Discussed what i wanted and the flowers were beautifully done. I have used Roots for many occasions and have always had a brilliant service and very happy with the flowers. Also bought a few candles from here and was delighted with them too.
My parents received flowers for their wedding anniversary on Saturday, by Tuesday they were thrown away. They were poor the day after receiving them and could have been thrown away on the Monday. My mother complained and was told she would be given some fresh flowers as an apology but they never arrived.
I was thrilled with the beautiful bouquet off my husband for our sapphire anniversary. The quality of every flower, and the arrangement was superb. We were so impressed by the service we ordered funeral flowers from Roots,and once again they were excellent
