Was in the store a few weeks ago but only just getting around to doing a review. Extremely helpful customer service, her name was Joanne also extremely patient with me while picking my tiles.

Thank you to Mike who was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable during my recent visit. I am a total novice but he patiently took me through various options and answered my (many!) questions. Will definitely be back for my next project.
