Visiting Ripon to see family this week and couldn't fathom out why my phone wasn't working. I'm 78 and my family are similar ages so we don't know much about mobile phones! I decided to call into Fonehouse to see if they could help me. The young man I spoke to couldn't have been more friendly and helpful and had it put right in no time. I asked how much I owed him and he said "no charge happy to help" it restores your faith in human nature to be treated so kindly and I will certainly recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you
