I recently had an issue with a MacBook Air not switching on. I contacted Access and arranged to drop the MacBook off. The fault was diagnosed and repaired within a few days. The cost was also substantially lower than had I gone direct to Apple. Overall an extremely friendly and professional service, and would highly recommend.
