Amazing gym with great staff that are always ready to help. Great music and atmosphere which plays a big part in my training. They have all the supplements you need at good prices, changing rooms, sauna.. they have good weights and machines for everything. A spectacular gym.

With out the doubt one of best gym in UK. perfect mix of machines and weights to suit weight lifters body builders and athletes. If you are student then you will pay discounted rate....you can litterly spend all day just listening to hit music and working out...

Very good place to train. Lots of weights and boxing kit. They've Started selling meal Prep which is awesome. Owner is a top bloke, really friendly.
