The hot yoga class was truly wonderful. The lighting, room prep, music all created a calming and relaxing environment. The instructor was super. Only downside was the drilling from neighbouring unit that shattered the peace. But it won't deter me from going again. The two hours flew by and I was totally rejuvenated.

Highly recommend attending yoga classes at Seven Chakras. I’ve been attending the last 7 months, since moving back to Kent. It’s been a great place to get back into yoga, and want to come back again and again. I always leave the class …
