The hot yoga class was truly wonderful. the lighting, room prep, music all created a calming and relaxing environment. the instructor was super. only downside was the drilling from neighbouring unit that shattered the peace. but it won't deter me from going again. the two hours flew by and i was totally rejuvenated.
