This is a really friendly hatha yoga class, ideal for all levels and experiences. lucy makes the class fun and everyone in the class is very welcoming. i come away from the class knowing i will experience a fabulous nights sleep. love my tuesday evenings with yoga at play.
Lucy's yoga classes are great regardless of your ability: i started last year as a complete beginner and am getting fitter and more confident each week. the classes are fun and friendly but also encourage you to test yourself - and they are ridiculously good value for money!
Lucy is a lovely person and a great yoga instructor. she is very passionate about her subject. each class we start by learning about the yoga philosophies and then move forward through some yoga moves ending with a relaxation period. i always leave her classes feeling much more nimble and flexible than when i arrived
