Michael is extremely attentive and works efficiently. Though I felt like my HP was done for, out from the ashes rose Michael’s work and saved it! So so grateful and pleased to have it back. Thank you so much for all the help!

Michael came to my computer last week due to storage issues relating to photographs and Norton Security. He managed to create extra space on my hard drive and gave excellent advice about filing all my videos etc. He is very patient with my limited technical understanding and very proficient at his job . Highly recommended
