Our new world oven is at least 20 yrs old & still working apart from letting out too much heat. so mark from fixcookers ordered new door hinges & door seal after diagnosing the issue over the phone. a few days later he arranged a visit & the problem is now fixed. it's like a new oven! so pleased & would def recommend.
