I had a upvc door where the lock had broken and the door was locked shut. jim came out within 15 minutes of phoning and explained the problem. he got the door open, put a new lock on, and did a good job at a very reasonable price.
Arranged an appointment immediately without it being an emergency. i feel safe again in my home. the engineer who came ash was a great ambassador for this company polite and informative. thank you to the team 100% recommendation.
