Went to the parkgate branch today. excellent service and each and everyone of the staff were professional but caring and considerate. i can't thank the staff enough and i will never go anywhere else in the future well done you guys you all went above and beyond i thank you from the bottom of my heart xx
Great experience, thorough eye test and lovely staff. very helpful and patient staff. i wanted to buy one pair of glasses and have new lenses in my existing pair but they wanted £70 just to fit the lenses plus the cost of new ones. hence only 4 stars
