Went to the Parkgate branch today. Excellent service and each and everyone of the staff were professional but caring and considerate. Great experience, thorough eye test and lovely staff. Very helpful and patient staff. I wanted to buy one pair of glasses and have new lenses in my existing pair but they wanted £70 just to fit the lenses plus the cost of new ones. Hence only 4 stars
