After my washing machine broke, I called and Bassam offered to come the following day. He identified the problem quickly, and fixed it then and there with a part from his van. Very efficient and friendly service, and good value.

Bassam is AMAZING and has helped me out twice with both a washing machine and a dishwasher that needed a new heating element.
