Physiotherapy here has been so good. michael has helped me in both my strength and confidence and always kept my safety and pain in mind. i wasn’t pushed beyond my limits but encouraged to keep progressing. the app is really useful for keeping on track and the whole process has been great. would absolutely recommend ascenti. :)
