I only got my watch strap adjusted, but the service was great, and inexpensive. Whilst I was waiting saw various other customers with various enquiries, all of which were treated exteamly well, with great empathy and THEY were definitely no1, not there money.

The second hand on my IWC Portugieser had fallen off and was loose. I asked a couple of watcher repair shops if they could fix it but they said it would need to be sent away. Sarum Jewellers fixed it within 30 minutes in the shop.
