They were not serving food when i went, but the atmosphere was really good. we had a good welcome by the landlord. i asked him which ale he recommended and he told me. it is a real ale pub which i really like. brilliant and well done to the gaffer.

I liked it here. its a good old-fashioned english pub. although you may have a game on the tv, you can still have a normal chat and laugh over a pint or more. it's a friendly atmosphere and not that far if you won't to go into town, to shout over a pint.
