Booked a taxi from Salisbury station when trains were cancelled and they said they’d be 10mins. After 30 mins of waiting I called them and I got no response. Admittedly it was very busy and everyone was waiting for a cab. but they didn’t seem to care and couldn’t even call to say it was cancelled…
Booked a taxi over the phone and was told it was booked in, but to call back and confirm later once their roster had been done. I called again on the morning of the journey and was told it was booked again, but the taxi then didn't arrive …
