I was pleasantly surprised when i used this gym on a recent visit to birmingham. it is very clean and spacious, lots of great facilities, including showers, hairdryers, and even hair straighteners. a good variety of equipment and all very accessible on one level. will certainly be back if i am visiting birmingham again.
This gym is by far the most professional gym i’ve been to in the city! josh, gemma & oron do an excellent job at keeping the place presentable and making everyone feel welcome…if your looking for a new place to get fit and maintain a healthy lifestyle this is most certainly the place!
