The best £35 i have ever spent - it has only been 4 weeks and i already feel the difference! all of the teachers of classes i have been to have been excellent and really helpful, offering useful adjustments when my limbs and muscles refuse to do certain poses. i'm lucky to live so close to a real gem of a place. thanks matty!
Such a warm and welcoming space. i've tried a variety of classes and each has been excellent, with super teachers. the fact that there is now a co-working space within the same building is the cherry on the top. being able to start/finish work with a class is the perfect balance of work and wellbeing!
