The best £35 I have ever spent - it has only been 4 weeks and I already feel the difference! All of the teachers of classes I have been to have been excellent and really helpful, offering useful adjustments when my limbs and muscles refuse to do certain poses. I'm lucky to live so close to a real gem of a place. Thanks Matty!

Such a warm and welcoming space. I've tried a variety of classes and each has been excellent, with super teachers. The fact that there is now a co-working space within the same building is the cherry on the top. Being able to start/finish work with a class is the perfect balance of work and wellbeing!
