Bryony Morris Yoga - West Bromwich and Wednesbury

This was a well presented morning (there was only space for me to do a half day)Bryony is such a calming person to be around and presents yoga to suit everyones level of practice. An excellent way to welcome in the New Year!

This was my first retreat with Bryony and it was simply perfect, she has considerable skills in both yoga and communication. Bryony understands and caters for all levels of attendees knowledge and skill - she is amazing and I have benefited so much from this experience.

Lovely day. Good mixture of theory and practice of yoga aimed at all levels of experience. Really enjoyed my first meditation session and the making of the mala beads and their correct use. …
